These wheels not only prevent crusting and baking by leaving a protective layer of soft mulch over the seedbed but also guarantee that the seed trench remains securely closed. Utilizing a patented "horizontal rod" configuration and boasting a generous ground path, our closing wheels aggressively dismantle the seed trench, virtually eradicating any risk of smearing or extreme compaction. Note:  Some planters have been updated to newer tailpieces and require PW-193NT. If your tailpieces are worn out, we highly recommend you update to newer aftermarket tailpieces. Note Wheels do include hardware (shown below) to bolt the center hub to outer ring.
